Pure un-adulterated Central Otago Pinot Noir, farmed bio-dynamically and made in a very sympathetic natural manner. Handpicked, with a portion transferred, stems and all to an Italian, clay amphora where the grapes were left to ferment naturally. Aged gracefully over 9 months, it was bottle unfiltered and unfined with a tiny amount of sulphur. Highly floral and mineral, this is Central Otago Pinot Noir undressed, exhibiting its natural nature from the schist soils it derives from. Vibrant, expressive, chalky, and seductive with delicious 'juicidity'.
