$60.00We trekked down to Central Otago to find the very best expression of Pinot Noir. For us the sub-region of Lowburn, part of the Pisa Range has consistently produced stunning world class Pinot in its most finest form, and therefore we went on a mission to source fruit from a stunning little pocket of old vine, closely planted Abel clone Pinot Noir in Lowburn.
Alluring notes of dark cherries, cloves, and forest floor come to the fore. The palate is dense and structured, yet elegant with silky tannins and chalky acidity that persists. A fine wine that is drinking beautifully now on release, and will cellar for another 10 years.
